We feature merchants items which are available for purchase with instalment payments. Our offers are subject to a limit of item sold and can therefore sell out or close early on special occasions.
1. If you would like to purchase with PayRelax, head out to www.payrelax.ca and select your item.
2. When you’re ready to buy, click the "Buy" button. We will ask you to log in or create an account and enter your payment card information.
3. Once you've finalized your purchase, we will send you a confirmation email and your PayRelax plan will be available in your PayRelax account.
4. The instructions on how to redeem your item will be included in your confirmation email.

After purchase, there can be a delay of 4–6 hours for your item to become available. If you have not received email confirmation after 6 hours, please contact customer support.
Protecting your personal information is very important to us. We encrypt sensitive data. We also maintain physical, electronic, and other safeguards to protect your information. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Order cancellation and returns requests are handled by the merchant or retailer you purchased from and PayRelax has no authority to approve an order cancellation or return. If you wish to cancel a service that you bought using PayRelax, please speak to the merchant or retailer direct. Depending on the reason for your return or cancellation, your request may be reviewed in line with the Returns Policy of the merchant or retailer which you should be able to find on their website. Payments on your plan will continue until the merchant or retailer advises us otherwise.

Once the merchant or retailer you made your purchase from advises us that you’ve returned the whole of your purchase, we’ll cancel any remaining instalment payments and your plan will be cleared. We’ll also refund any money you’ve already paid back to your chosen card. We’ll email you on behalf of the merchant or retailer to let you know once this has been done.
